Tumby Bay District Soldiers' Memorial Hall
There is a fee for hire of the hall, stage and PA system (refer to the Council Fees & Charges) and General Conditions of Permit on the application form.
The hall has the following options available for use:
- Main Hall
- Stage
- Kitchen
- Committee function room
- Crockery, cutlery, glasses and trays
- Chairs and tables
- PA system - note additional technical fee is required
- Piano
A bond is required to be paid prior to any keys being issued to the hirer. This bond includes a $50 key deposit. The bond fees are as follows:
- Hall hire without kitchen use - 1 key $200
- Hall hire with kitchen use - 1 key $300
- Additional keys - $50 each
Timeline
Forms should be submitted to Council at least 2 weeks in advance of the proposed booking either via email at dctumby@tumbybay.sa.gov.au or dropped into the Council Office.
District Council of Tumby Bay Meeting Room
The Council Meeting Room is accessible from Mortlock Street. There is a fee for hire of the meeting room (refer to the Council Fees & Charges) and General Conditions of Permit on the application form.
The meeting room has the following options available for use:
- Conference table and chairs
- White board
- Projector screen
- Projector available upon request (a fee may be charged)
Please note that tea/coffee making facilities can be made available, however, own products must be supplied.
