Voters Roll
Why Should you Vote?
Council Members make a range of important decisions and contribute to shaping the sort of place the Council area will be in the future. By voting, you choose the candidates you want to represent your community and make decisions on local issues. It is your right to have a say by voting in Local Government elections.
Polling day has been postponed until 7 April 2027.
Don't miss the opportunity to have your say and help shape the future of your community.
Are you Eligible to Enrol to Vote?
If you are enrolled on the South Australian State Electoral Roll, you are automatically eligible to vote in council elections for your place of residence.
You may also be eligible to vote in council elections if you are enrolled on the SA Electoral Roll and you a non-resident property owner (landlord), tenant, business or organisation owner/occupier, holiday homeowner, or part of a group of owners or occupiers of a rateable property within the council area. If you vote as a property owner, tenant, business or organisation rather than as a resident, you will need to re-enrol in each election year.
