Ordinary Council Meetings
The Ordinary Council Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at the District Council of Tumby Bay Council Chambers, Mortlock Terrace, Tumby Bay commencing at 5.30pm.
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 12th December 2024 the following motion was passed and carried:

6c/122024 Moved – Deputy Mayor Elliott / Seconded – Councillor Hudson
That Council reschedule the ordinary Council meeting scheduled for 9 January 2025 to 16 January 2025.

A copy of these documents can also be obtained on payment of a fixed fee by Council.
Attending council meetings
Members of the public can attend all Ordinary Council Meetings as members of the public gallery, unless prohibited by resolution of the Council under the confidentiality provisions of section 90 of the Local Government Act 1999.
Council meetings are conducted in accordance with the Local Government Act 1999 and Regulations.
