Make a representation to Council, upload a submission or email Council

If you're into the detail, want to focus in on a particular project, issue or have more to say in general you can upload a submission for the Draft Annual Business Plan 2025-26, email Council, or find information about how you can make a representation to a Council meeting here on this page.

Important note on submissions

All submissions will be provided to Elected Members as part of their due diligence and consideration of the Annual Business Plan and Budget and will be included in the Council meeting agenda papers.

However, submissions will not be uploaded, nor made public, where they may contain defamatory material, or otherwise constitute an inappropriate or offensive submission, giving rise to considerations for the Council under the Work, Health and Safety Act 2012.
