SA’s Outback and Rural Areas Planning and Design Code
The Planning and Design Code (the Code) is the basis of South Australia’s new planning and development system and will offer a single set of planning policies for assessing applications across the State.
The PlanSA helpline is now active should community members have any queries regarding the Code or the ePlanning system - The PlanSA helpline can be reached on 8456 4840.
The online Code is now available for communities in Phase One (Outback Areas) and Phase Two (Rural Areas) through the ePlanning platform.
The Code is scheduled to go live across rural South Australia on 31 July 2020.
