OTM LOCAL CREDITORS MEETING

Regional Development Australia Eyre Peninsula and District Council of Tumby Bay invite you to a meeting for local creditors of OTM.
To be held at: Tumby Bay Senior Citizens Club, 11 Tumby Terrace, Tumby Bay (opposite the jetty) at 11.30am on Thursday October 7.
(NOTE UPDATED MEETING TIME OF 11.30am)
The meeting will be chaired by RDAEP.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for invited guests to hear directly from creditors about the effect of the liquidation of OTM, establish a shared communication platform, present information about the liquidation process, identify roles and responsibilities for small business support and advocacy within government and to develop a better sense of ‘where to from here’.
In addition to creditors, the following people (or their proxies) have been invited to attend:

Tony Braxton-Smith, CEO Department for Infrastructure and Transport
Mark Lieberenz, Heard Phillips Lieberenz (Liquidator)
Jason Spears, Managing Director, CPB contractors.
Member for Grey Rowan Ramsey, Member for Flinders Peter Treloar MP, DCTB Mayor Sam Telfer, Mayors Jo-anne Quigley and Brad Flaherty, have also been invited to attend.
