PUBLIC COMMENT

Pursuant to Section 200 and 202 of the Local Government Act 1999, Council invites public comment on the proposal to renew the lease to Pauline Margaret Kirchner and Anthony John Kirchner as Trustees for the Kirchner Family Trust for Portion of Allotment 118 Tumby Terrace, Tumby Bay, more commonly known as the Ritz Café.

Copies of the proposed lease are available for inspection at the Council Office, Mortlock Street, Tumby Bay.

Written public comment will be received at the Council Office, by post to PO Box 61, Tumby Bay SA 5605, or by email to dctumby@tumbybay.sa.gov.au until 4.30pm on Wednesday 6^th January 2021.
