ALL PRICES ARE GST EXEMPT

SEPTIC TANK APPLICATION FEES

TYPICAL FEES (for Septic Tanks less than 5000 litres)

New houses built on site    $403.50  (3 inspections required)

Transportable, relocatable house   $300.50  (2 inspections required)

Garage with shower & toilet   $403.50  (Prior to construction of dwelling)  (Same as for new house)

Replacement septic tank in existing residence etc.   $197.50

Each additional inspection required by Council.   $103.00

If the system exceeds 5000 litres, an additional fee of $20.60 for each 1000 litres or part thereof applies.
